Excluded Services: AiMS does not provide investment, accounting, tax, valuation, brokerage, securities, ERISA, fund-formation, environmental, land-use/zoning, employment, benefits, bankruptcy, or local-law opinions unless separately agreeing writing or coordinated through appropriate specialty counsel.

Technology & Data Security: AiMS will use commercially reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest (TLS 1.2+; AES-256), role-based access, and SOC2-type vendor assurance for third-party tools.
